Summer and tackling home projects often go together.
If you’re thinking about refreshing your space when the temperatures climb, you’ll be pleased to discover…
The globe’slargest home improvementchain provides NO-COST weekly classes covering a range ofDIY repairsubjects.
Here’s the essential information.
How to Use The Home Depot’s No-Cost Workshops
The Home Depot hosts complimentary workshops at each of its more than 2,000 stores across the U.S., Canada, China and Mexico.
Sessions are held weekly on Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons.
Planned classes are similar from store to store and often cover outdoor lighting, interior painting and drywall fixes, ceiling fan setup, faucet replacement and constructing an outdoor wooden doormat.
Materials aren’t supplied, but the instruction is FREE. Pretty great, right?
The chain also runs programs aimed at women and children — for instance, lessons on building a DIY vegetable stand for adults and a butterfly house project for kids.
Even if you don’t have an immediate renovation on the docket, the complimentary kids’ sessions (they get to keep what they make!) are a fun unplugged option.
