Free Busch Gardens Tickets for Military Families

If you’re a veteran or currently serving in the armed forces, there’s a simple way to cut costs on a short summer getaway.

Veterans are eligible for a complimentary single-day ticket plus free entry for up to three dependents to Busch Gardens or SeaWorld. (Keep in mind everyone must enter together.) You must register by May 14 and use your tickets by July 9, 2023.

If you’re on active duty, you qualify for one free admission annually to Busch Gardens, SeaWorld or Sesame Place for yourself and three dependents. To claim this year’s pass, simply register online to reserve and print your ticket. These tickets are valid through Dec. 31, 2023, with some blackout dates applied.

These offers apply to Busch Gardens parks in Tampa Bay, Florida and Williamsburg, Virginia; SeaWorld locations in San Antonio, San Diego and Orlando, Florida; Sesame Place parks in Philadelphia and San Diego; and Aquatica San Antonio. Please note they are not valid for Aquatica Orlando.

How to Claim Your Free Busch Gardens or SeaWorld Tickets

Head to the Waves of Honor page to reserve your free admissions. You’ll need an ID.me account to confirm your military or veteran status. From there, choose your visit date and complete the reservation. Additionally, military personnel and veterans can access other savings, like 50% off up to six single-day tickets, which can make a family trip more affordable — and you might also find related deals through resources like busch gardens coupons savings.

Remember to bring your military or veteran ID when you arrive at the park entrance. Then relax and enjoy a well-earned day of entertainment with your loved ones.
