Race to Outback for a Free Bloomin’ Onion When This NASCAR Driver Does Well

Outback’s hallmark starter is a sizable onion sculpted to look like a blossom, coated in batter and deep-fried. It hardly matters that this creation has nothing to do with Australia.

Now you can score a Bloomin’ Onion for free whenever NASCAR driver Kevin Harvick performs well in a race.

Here’s the deal:

Each time Harvick finishes inside the top 10 in any 2017 NASCAR event, you’re eligible for a complimentary Bloomin’ Onion at any Outback on the Monday after that race.

This free starter is available with any purchase, and there’s no coupon required. Simply tell your server the phrase “Bloomin’ Monday,” or present the Facebook post to redeem the offer. (One per table.)

When Harvick does well, you won’t have long to wait to enjoy your free fried onion. Most NASCAR races take place on Sundays, with a few on Saturdays. This season runs through Nov. 19, so you’ll still have several opportunities to take advantage. See the full schedule here.

Harvick, who is Outback’s sponsored NASCAR competitor, is a strong contender in many events. Over his 17-year span and 607 starts, he has recorded 304 top-10 finishes as of Oct. 29.

If you’d prefer not to follow Harvick’s results yourself, you can register here to receive an email from Outback whenever “Bloomin’ Monday” is active.

Enjoy the crunch.
